Muskogee Seventh-Day Adventist Christian Academy is a private Christian school located in Muskogee, Oklahoma. We exist to provide students an advanced academic program and a desire to honor God in all that they do.
Students in Adventist schools outperform. According to the Cognitive Genesis Project, a peer-reviewed study of students in Adventist schools that followed 51,000+ students, researchers documented that students outperformed the national average. At all grade levels. In schools of all sizes. And in all subjects.
Students in Adventist schools overachieve. Additionally, researchers compared student performance on standardized tests with what would be predicted based on their Cognitive Abilities Test scores, and found they performed an average of half a grade above the predicted achievement level. Students in Adventist school perform, on average, in the top 25 to 30 percent of students nationally.
Students in Adventist schools gain even more with time. One of the most dramatic findings is that students who transferred to Adventist schools saw a marked improvement in test scores. Furthermore, the more years students spend attending an Adventist school, the higher their average achievement rises.
The Muskogee SDA Christian Academy is a private, Christian day school, operated by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. It is accredited by the National Council for Private School Accreditation. It has been established for the purpose of providing a quality elementary and secondary education in an environment that encourages respect and service to others, responsible citizenship, and reverence to God and biblical principles.
“Pray, Play & Learn” is derived from our philosophy that quality education is based on the view that each child is a special gift from God, created in His image. Each child should be valued and encouraged to develop a love and understanding of Our Creator as they grow spiritually, emotionally, physically, and academically.
MSDACA's mission is to provide an environment in which students are nurtured to excel academically, physically, and spiritually, helping them develop leadership skills, and guiding them in maturing in their relationships both with God and their fellow man. We believe that pursuing a quality education starts with a partnership between the parents, the students, and the school. We welcome you to come explore and learn more about MSDACA and our vision of making future leaders.
